Full Motorcycle Detailing
More Than Just a Wash. Proper Motorcycle Detailing.
At MFM Detailing, we believe your motorcycle deserves more than a quick wash and a wipe-down. Our full motorcycle detailing service goes beyond the surface, focusing on the details that make a real difference to the appearance and condition of your bike.
We're bikers ourselves, so we understand the pride that comes with owning a motorcycle. Whether you ride a superbike, naked bike, adventure bike, touring machine or a Harley-Davidson or Indian cruiser, we take the time to clean, refresh and improve your motorcycle properly.
Our full detail includes comprehensive cleaning, detailed work on individual components and Stage One Paint Correction as standard.
We remove selected components where necessary to reach areas that are often missed during a standard valet. From the wheels, engine and chassis to the smaller bolts, nuts and hidden areas, we aim to give every part the attention it deserves.
No corners cut. No rushing through the job. Just proper motorcycle detailing.
Full Motorcycle Detail — Starting From €350
Every motorcycle is different, so our pricing depends on the type, size and condition of your bike, as well as the amount of work required.
-
Sport and naked bikes: from €350
-
Adventure and touring motorcycles: from €400
-
Cruisers, including Harley-Davidson and Indian: from €400
These are starting prices for our full detailing service, including Stage One Paint Correction.
Motorcycles that are exceptionally dirty, greasy, heavily oxidised or in need of additional component removal may require extra work. We'll assess your bike and discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
What's Included in Our Full Motorcycle Detail?
1. Comprehensive Motorcycle Cleaning
We carefully clean the motorcycle from top to bottom, paying particular attention to areas where road grime, grease and dirt accumulate.
The service includes detailed cleaning of:
-
Wheels and wheel components
-
Chassis and frame
-
Brake calipers
-
Sprockets and chain
-
Exhaust manifold
-
Engine and accessible components
-
Lower linkage and rear shock area
-
Drive system area
We degrease areas that require additional attention and thoroughly clean and lubricate the chain.
The aim is to go beyond the visible bodywork and leave the motorcycle clean throughout the accessible areas of the bike.
2. Component Removal and Detailed Cleaning
One of the things that makes our full detail different from a standard motorcycle valet is the attention we give to individual components.
We remove and clean selected parts to reach areas that would otherwise be difficult to access.
Depending on the motorcycle, this includes:
-
Rear sets
-
Saddles
-
Front and rear mudguards
-
Front brake calipers
-
Chain cover
-
Front sprocket cover
-
Belly pan fairing
We also remove the windscreen and other panels where necessary to achieve a more thorough result.
Removing these components allows us to clean behind them, reach hidden dirt and improve the overall finish. We don't remove parts just for the sake of it; we do it where it makes a real difference to the result.
3. Stage One Paint Correction — Included
A clean motorcycle is one thing. Paintwork that looks fresh, glossy and sharp is another.
Every full detail includes Stage One Paint Correction to improve the appearance of the painted surfaces.
Using a machine polisher, suitable polishing compounds and pads, we work to reduce swirl marks, light scratches and other minor paint imperfections.
This one-stage process balances cutting ability with finishing quality, improving gloss and clarity without the need for multiple polishing stages.
The result is paintwork that looks fresher and more refined, with improved depth and shine.
Please note: Results depend on the condition and type of paint. Deep scratches and severe defects may not be safely removable with a single polishing stage.
4. Metalwork, Bolts and Corrosion Care
Small details make a big difference to the overall appearance of a motorcycle.
We pay attention to bolts, nuts, engine parts and other metal components, applying an anti-rust formula to suitable areas to provide additional corrosion protection.
Where necessary, we can also carry out more intensive cleaning and polishing of fasteners and metal parts to improve their appearance.
5. Final Finishing and Surface Protection
Once the cleaning and polishing work is complete, we finish the motorcycle using appropriate products for the surfaces being treated.
Where Ceramic Pro protection isn't selected, we apply suitable polymer sealants or dressings to appropriate surfaces, including paintwork, plastics, aluminium, metal and leather where compatible.
This helps enhance the finish and provides additional protection, leaving the motorcycle looking clean, fresh and well cared for.
If you choose Ceramic Pro protection, we'll tailor the finishing process to suit the selected coating system.
Additional Paint Correction
Need More Than Stage One?
Some motorcycles have deeper scratches, heavy swirl marks or badly deteriorated paintwork that require more extensive correction.
For these bikes, we offer additional multi-stage paint correction. This involves multiple polishing passes to refine the finish and remove more defects where the paint condition allows.
The goal is to achieve the best possible finish without unnecessarily compromising the clear coat.
Additional paint correction: €80–€100
The price depends on the size of the motorcycle and the amount of lacquered or painted surface requiring correction.
If your bike needs more than a standard one-stage polish, we'll assess the paintwork and explain the available options.
Additional Detailing Services
Some motorcycles require extra work because of their design, condition or the amount of dirt and grease accumulated over time. We offer additional services where a deeper level of detailing is needed.
Side Fairing Removal and Engine Detailing — €50–€100
Removing the side fairings gives us much better access to the engine and other components.
This allows us to clean and protect the motor, reach difficult areas and clean the inside of the fairings. It also provides better access to the exhaust manifold, allowing us to work on areas that are difficult to reach with the fairings fitted.
Additional Detailing for Naked Bikes — €50–€100
Naked motorcycles often have exposed engines and exhaust manifolds that collect dirt, grease and road contamination.
Although there may be no need to remove side fairings or belly pans, the exposed components can require considerable extra attention.
Where additional work is needed beyond the standard package, we'll explain the options and cost.
Detailed Bolt and Nut Polishing — €20–€50
For motorcycles with rusty, oxidised or heavily marked fasteners, we offer additional bolt and nut detailing.
Using a Dremel multitool, we clean and polish individual fasteners. Where appropriate, components can be removed and polished on a bench grinder for an improved finish.
We already pay attention to fasteners as part of our normal detailing process. This additional charge applies where the condition of the bolts and nuts requires substantially more work.
Wheel Removal — €50
Where necessary, we can remove the wheels to allow better access for more thorough cleaning and detailing.
Additional Charges for Heavily Soiled Motorcycles
Motorcycles with exceptional levels of dirt, grease, corrosion or neglect may require additional labour beyond the standard package.
We'll assess the condition of your bike and discuss any extra work and associated costs before proceeding.
Ceramic Pro Motorcycle Protection
Once your motorcycle has been properly detailed, ceramic protection can help preserve its appearance and make future maintenance easier.
At MFM Detailing, we offer Ceramic Pro protection options to suit different needs and budgets.
Ceramic Pro Care Plus — €50
Care Plus is a shorter-term protection option offering up to three months of protection.
It's a suitable choice if you want additional protection and easier maintenance without committing to a longer-term coating package.
Price: €50
Ceramic Pro Strong Package — €250
For riders looking for longer-lasting protection, our Ceramic Pro Strong package combines Ceramic Pro Strong with a hydrophobic Ceramic Pro Top Coat.
The package includes:
-
One layer of Ceramic Pro Strong.
-
One layer of Ceramic Pro Top Coat.
-
Application to suitable surfaces throughout the motorcycle, including wheels, brake calipers, engine cases, paintwork, seat, under-tail area and other components.
Ceramic Pro Strong is applied using a spray gun to help cover suitable areas around the engine, frame, hardware and other hard-to-reach places.
The coating system helps make cleaning easier and provides resistance against chemicals and everyday contamination. It also helps protect suitable surfaces against corrosion and maintain a fresh, glossy appearance.
The advertised protection period for this package is 3–4 years, subject to the applicable product terms, preparation and maintenance requirements.
Price: €250, in addition to the full detailing service.
Want Even More Protection? Ask Us About Motorcycle PPF
For areas exposed to stone chips, road debris, rubbing and everyday wear, we also offer professional motorcycle paint protection film (PPF).
We work with specialist products including Ceramic Pro Kavaca and XPEL, with options for vulnerable panels, tank contact areas, headlights, forks and more extensive coverage.
PPF is particularly useful for protecting painted surfaces from physical damage that ceramic coatings alone are not designed to prevent.
We can discuss the most suitable combination of detailing, ceramic coating and PPF depending on your motorcycle and how you ride it.
